Day 1 :  Arriaval at New DelhiWelcome to Delhi, the capital of modern India. On arrival, you are received and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free you to relax and explore the local market at evening. Overnight in Delhi.Day 2: Arrival in Leh Receive by our representative at the Leh airport IXL and transferred to the hotel. Complete day of rest for acclimatization. Lunch at the hotel. Late afternoon visit Leh Palace, Shanti Stupa and Leh Market. Overnight in hotel at Leh.Day 3: Visit monasteries around Leh: Leh, Shey Palace, Thiksey, Hemis, Stok palace, Leh (104 km), Hemis monastery.. Return to Leh. Afternoon visit Hundar village and can enjoy double hump camel ride on sand dunes.Day 6: Back from Nubra valley After breakfast visit Disket monastery. The monastery ia about 350 yrs old . Returns to Leh by same road arrived by the Afternoon. Around 12:00 hrs. arrive Pangong,the Highest Salt Water Lake in the World, shared by two countries India & China. Enjoy the beauty of the lake on the banks of Pangong while appreciating the changing colors and fascinating high altitude of the Lake. O/N in campDay 8: Pangong – LehAfter breakfast drive to leh by taking same road. By late afternoon arrived in Leh. On evening free time for market. O/N in hotelDay 9: Tsomoriri (7-8 hours) 240km driveMorning drive to Tsomoriri passing Chumathang (Hot Spring) along the Indus river. Tsomoriri Arr. 1600 Hrs. Afterwards take a walk around the Lake to enjoy the scenic beauty. Overnight Camp.Day 10: Tsomoriri to Tsokar to Leh (240 Kms / 7-8 Hrs)After leisurely breakfast walk around the lake and drive to back to Leh passing Puga (Sulphur Mine), Tsokar Lake, Taklang La Pass 17,585ft and Rumtse. Day 01 : Arrival Leh. Arrival Leh, our representative will meet, greet, assist and transfer you to Hotel in Leh. Rest of the day free to acclimatize to the high altitude of Ladakh. In the evening take a walk to the local bazaar in Leh. Overnight at Hotel in Leh.Day 02 : Indus Valley Monastery tour (120 Kms round trip)Morning after breakfast, drive to Thiksey village, visit Thiksey monastery and drive to Shey Village to visit Shey Palace and Gompa. Continue drive to Hemis monastery to visit one of the most famous monasteries of Ladakh. Later on the way back to Leh Visit Stok Palace and Museum. Come back to Leh in the evening and relax at the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the hotel in Leh. Day 03 : Excursion to Alchi and Likir (150 Kms round trip)Morning after breakfast drive to Alchi. Enroute visit Magnetic Hill, Confluence of Zanskar and Indus river. Visit Alchi Monastery and drive back to Leh. Enroute visit Likir Monastery. It has been noticed that when a vehicle is parked on neutral gear on this metallic road the vehicle slides up-hill that’s the Believe it or not of Ladakh!CONFLENCE OF THE ZANSKAR & INDUS : On way to Sham Valley before Nimu village one can have this magnificent view of two rivers in wed-lock! In seasons they have different colors and flow and wildness.ALCHI GOMPA: 70 Kms from Leh, on the banks of the Indus, is the Alchi Gompa dating a thousand years back. One of its walls features thousands of miniature sized pictures of the Buddha. Three large sized images made of clay and painted brightly are its focal attractions. No longer an active religious center, it is looked after by monks from the Liker monastery. This is the only monastery amongst 34 monasteries, which is not located on a hilltop.LIKIR GOMPA: Founded in the 11th century and rededicated to a different monastic order in the 15th century, its earlier Gompa was destroyed in a fire. The present Gompa dated back to the 18th century. Skilled craftsmen producing excellent Thankas, earthen pots and carved wooden folding stools, live here in the village. Majestically situated, Likir commands a spectacular view. A magnificent giant Jupiter tree, one of the few survivors of its species, stands in the courtyard.Day 04 : Airport Departure. Leave on time for Leh airport to board your flight to Delhi.
