Born and raised in Belize, I’m a travel writer and tiny trip aficionado, but only if it means experiencing a destination’s lived-in corners. I'm not opposed to an outlying experience, though my typical travel beats are woven with eco-adventures and positive-impact sustainable tourism. I’d also travel anywhere for a memorable bite: think savoring a smushed (yet warranted) PB&J sandwich atop any larch-lined ridge in British Columbia.
Ultimately, my penchant for curiosity is satiated best by the little things, like tagging leatherback hatchlings on Trinidad’s northern coast, or dancing salsa inside the tiny tiles of Mexico City’s Tlatelolco Plaza.
