At Rawnsley Park Station, the excellent Woolshed Restaurant sits comfortably at the high end of the foodie spectrum – a real surprise in the remote northern Flinders Ranges. Expect the likes of dukkah-crusted kangaroo fillet with roast kumera and macadamia, or sticky pork with Asian greens and cashew butter. It's an atmospheric, rustic-chic spot for a cold sundowner, too.
