The Human Rights Campaign recently named four Las Vegas casinos as employers with a perfect score in workplace equality. The report, called the Corporate Equality Index, benchmarks companies on policies related to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender employees, and it listed Caesars Entertainment, Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, MGM Resorts International and Wynn Resorts as employers with a score of 100 percent. The same resorts scored perfectly last year as well. Companies participate in the survey voluntarily, submitting information such as whether they provide benefits for same-sex couples, health care for transgender employees and non-discrimination policies.
