Welcome to Midès

A good road connects this small oasis village to Tamerza only 6km away; however, a more adventurous route between the two is the 4.5km hike that passes through some stunning scenery, including some tight passages in one of the gorges. Because of its proximity to the Algerian border, check in advance if police are likely to allow you to make the hike yourself.
