Three Buns

South Jakarta

Sometimes you've got to satisfy that urge for a dirty burger, and Three Buns, voted Asia's best burger in 2019, in South Jakarta is just the place to do it. Set in a converted warehouse filled with tropical plants and tiered-crate seating, the menu runs from Aussie prime beef and crispy pork belly to yoghurt-brine fried chicken or twice-cooked portobello brioche burgers.

The cheese is smoked in-house and all sauces are made from scratch. There's an excellent booze selection too, from Balinese craft beer on tap, to barrel aged Negronis, among other crowd pleasing cocktails.
