Yep, hardcore farm-to-table joints are trending these days, but Barley Swine has a sense of fun often missing from similar establishments. Why yes, I will have the Rotating Obligatory Tiki – only $6 during the Swine Time happy hour (4pm to 7pm Monday to Friday).

Selections vary daily. A recent menu featured lamb sausage, pig-skin noodles with hot sauce, and shiitake pasta.
