Cocobel

Top choice in Port of Spain

Made from the finest Trinitario beans, Cocobel chocolates are available only in Trinidad and Tobago, but can stand up as some of the finest you'll taste anywhere in the world. Each of the individual bonbons are works of art, hand-decorated and incorporating local flavors such as Maracas sea salt, sorrel, cilantro-like chadon beni and guava. Beautifully packaged and a unique taste of Trinidad.

Bars and nut- or fruit-infused 'barks' are also available, as are chocolate-coated coffee beans, caramelized almonds, cocoa powder and cocoa nibs, plus freshly made local-style cocoa tea. Advance orders are recommended, as all the chocolates sell out fast. It also does a twice-monthly 'Fresh-baked Friday', offering scrumptious chocolatey treats.
