The good-value lobster menu is clearly Le Cottage's best kitchen ambassador, but chef David Hanquer also orchestrates other local fish and meats into culinary symphonies with Caribbean aromas. For traditionalists, the menu also features foie gras, escargot (snails) and fromage (cheese). The wine list is outstanding, with many available by the glass.
