Museum Sang Nila Utama

This museum does an excellent job in detailing Riau culture, with interesting displays on ceremonial clothing, architecture, traditional artefacts, batik and natural history, plus a display on the Candi Muara Takus Buddhist site. Upstairs there's an eclectic collection of objects and coverage of the local mining industry.
