A walk along the scenic Lake Nipissing shoreline reveals several enjoyable activities. Shrubs, trees and perennials line the path, maintained by the North Bay Heritage Gardeners. At the marina are the Heritage Railway and Carousel, a restaurant on the Chief Commanda boat, Fun Rentals kayak hire, and lake cruises on the Chief Commanda II.
You can also walk under the train tracks from here to the downtown area.
