About the author
From backpacking across Europe and Asia to circumnavigating the globe by ship to living like a local in multiple cities, my travels have taken me to 50+ countries on five continents. I've called Miami, Beijing, Taipei, and New York home. I've been a journalist for two decades and joined Lonely Planet in 2022. Countries at the beginning of the alphabet (Argentina, Australia, and Andorra) are on top of my bucket list.
