Minnamurra Rainforest, The Royal National Park all having stunning views and nature walks, remote lagoons as well as aboriginal engravings. Private Shoalhaven Zoo Experience from Sydney

Departing Sydney, head south to Wollongong following the coast to Kiama where you will stop off at the iconic blow hole. This is a naturally formed hole in the rocks, and when the swell is up it is quite a sight to see. Continue heading south and any wine lovers have the opportunity to drop into the Coolangatta Vineyard for some wine tasting. Then, follow the Shoalhaven River to the Shoalhaven Zoo where you are treated to a behind the scenes experience with one of the keepers as well as coming face to face with baby crocodiles, koalas, kangaroos, lizards and if you are game snakes. The Zoo holds the worlds most venomous snake, the Inland Taipan or Fierce snake (behind glass of course). In the grounds of the Zoo but run independently is the Tree Tops Adventures. The Tree Tops Adventures is a series of ropes, ladders, flying foxes, and obstacles to traverse all in the tree tops. There are courses designed for kids through to adults. If this is up your alley please contact your local tour operator to book directly as this is an extra cost and needs to be booked a couple of months in advance to ensure available positions. Lunch is available from the onsite cafe and is very well priced. After Lunch head off to the small town of Berry where you will walk through quaint shops ranging from cafe`s to antiques or stop in at the pub for a refreshment. From here, turn inland and make your way to Kangaroo Valley to fill up on locally made chocolate and fudge. Stop off at Fitzroy Falls and if you're lucky you may just catch a glimpse of a Platypus. Depending on how time is going you may even head for home via the Historic town of Berrima or Mittagong arriving back at your CBD hotel at approximately 5pm.

Private Sydney South Coast to the Southern Highlands Tour

Begin with a drive through the secluded splendour of the Royal National Park, then come upon the spectacular Illawarra coastline (a little Big Sur) and take in the view from Bald Hill, walk the distinctive Sea Cliff Bridge and cruise Grand Pacific Drive in style. Shire Shuttle Bus's Shoalhaven Coast Wine Tour

 You will be picked up from your Sydney CBD hotel. Pickups start at 7am,  and we will confirm with you prior the approximate time you will be collected from your hotel. We head south in air conditioned comfort, stopping 90 minutes from Sydney for Devonshire tea/coffee at Sublime Point, Bulli Tops, for breathtaking views of the Illawarra coastline. From here we travel along the coast, passing Gerringong, with spectacular views of Seven Mile Beach, crossing Crooked River at Gerroa.  Throughout the day, you'll visit three wineries for tastings, all representing unique differences. Coolangatta Estate- with its historical significance being convict built; Two Figs- a true working winery with amazing river and sea views; Silos Estate- with its unusual wines and resident alpacas. During this trip you will enjoy a delectable cheese platter sample, and have lunch (customer choice of a main meal from menu provided on bus) at a selected venue.  You will finish the day by visiting the Treat Factory, famous for its Australian made chocolate and confectionery made on site, in the heart of Berry. Next door we visit the Dairy Bar for a gelato presentation and tasting. Finally, time permitting, passengers can stroll along the quaint village of Berry with its boutique shops, before heading back to your Sydney CBD hotel where you will be delivered to your door.
