Historic RailPark and Train Museum Guided Tour

Located between two major cities, Bowling Green Kentucky has a long history tied to the evolution of transportation in the area. The current L&N Depot was built in 1925 to replace an older station.  At one time, over 20 trains per day departed the current site, providing a hub for Bowling Green's economic foundation to travelers between Louisville, KY and Nashville, TN. Within the Museum, galleries of regional and national importance have been developed for public interest of cultural, historic and socioeconomic Importance.  Right behind the museum lies 450 feet of track displaying an E8 Engin, a Railroad Post office car, the Duncan Hines Diner, a 1949 Pullman diner, the towering Pine - a 1953 Pullman Sleeper, the 353 Presidential office car and more!

Relax and enjoy all Blue River offers including rapids, islands, sand bars, nature, wildlife, cave views, and springs.Sightseeing varies based on river conditions and time of year. Around 5-6 hours later, you’ll spot the take out ramp on your right at the stop sign. Once you have completed your trip, we’ll have a van and trailer ready to pick you and your boat up based upon the pick-up time you chose earlier.

Louisville Scavenger Hunt combined with Sight-seeing Tour and Race

This Louisville Scavenger Hunt combo is part race, part scavenger hunt and part historical, sight-seeing tour. Teams compete against each other to answer challenge questions and solve puzzles to get from location to location in the least amount of time. All for fun and discovering Louisville! 4 Routes – pick from 1 of 4 routes: The Original (route 1) – this route started in 2012 and takes participants on a path to explore history, museums and more!  To begin your Quest meet us at the Louisville Wharf (by the Belle of Louisville) 401 W. River Rd. The New Adventure (route 2) –  debuted in 2013, this route incorporates a shopping district into the history and adventure downtown.  To begin your Quest meet us near the corner of 4th and Market Streets outside the Starbucks at the Ky International Convention Center. By Re-Quest (route 3) – introduced in 2014, this route takes a different twist by giving you all the locations upfront to explore a trendy area downtown.  Don’t worry, there is still plenty of competition and teams have to figure out where to finish!  To begin your Quest meet us at Slugger Field, 401 E Main – Preston and River Road Corner. The Bourbon Quest (route 4) – New for 2017. Explore the downtown distilleries and bourbon history of Whiskey Row while competing against other teams to solve puzzles and the final challenge!
