Restaurant le Lac

The Jura Mountains

The restaurant within century-old Hôtel le Lac is a time-warp back to a lost era of fine dining. The Louis XVI salon (huge mirrors, chandeliers, baroque-style fittings) hosts polished waiting staff who whisk dishes from the Chauvin family kitchen to waiting diners: sauté of kale and scallops, goose in lavender, and lake fish in grapefruit sauce.
