Baz Bar

St-Barthélemy

Many a band has whipped patrons into a dancing and clapping frenzy at Baz Bar, a wood-shingled harborside hangout in business since 1999. When there's no live music, it's still the go-to place for sushi and tapas or, if you've partied too much the night before, a Hangover smoothie.

Trivia note: Baz is Creole for Le Bête à Z'Ailes, which translates as 'the beast with wings' and is the nickname of owner Jean-Marc Lefranc.
