From the 3500-plus olive trees on their estate, Jim Miller and wife Vivienne Quinn produce velvety, cold-pressed olive oil used by many of the region's top restaurants. You can grab a few bottles at the on-site store, though tastings are generally offered on weekends only. Other artisan products on offer include olive tapenade, dukkah and honey, as well as homemade fudge.
