Osteria Il Grappolo

Mediterranean Coast

A friendly neighborhood osteria (casual tavern), Salvatore Ciaccio's 'Grappolo' embraces the Slow Food aesthetic: carefully chosen local ingredients incorporated into classic Sicilian dishes like cozze al limone (mussels with fresh lemon), pasta con sarde e finocchietto (pasta with sardines, wild fennel, pine nuts, raisins and breadcrumbs) or maltagliati pesce spada e melanzane (rough-cut pasta with swordfish and eggplant).
