The full name is 'Kaʻaloa's Super J's Hawaiian Food,' but everyone calls it Super J's. They also call it freakin' delicious. The laulau (pork, chicken or fish wrapped inside taro or ti leaves) is steamed until it's so tender it melts under your fork, the lomilomi salmon is perfectly salty – you'll even want second helpings of poi (mashed taro).
Best of all is the setting: you're basically eating in a welcoming Hawaiian family's kitchen. It's on the makai (seaward) side of Hwy 11, between Miles 106 and 107.
