The Alchemist is delightfully sited alfresco in a quiet sandy cove, and atmospherically lit by oil lamps and candles at night, conjuring up an intentionally romantic air. The wide-ranging menu runs from fresh salads to good meat, seafood and pasta and hard-to-pass-up desserts. In terms of setting, it's definitely Zipolite's most refined choice.
