UNESCO HERITAGE IN KYRGYZSTAN

After the early morning check-in the hotel and the breakfast, our guide will take you to the excursion to explore the heart of Bishkek city. During the city tour, you may choose to try local cuisine for lunch. The tour includes visits to historical sights, theatres, local markets and many more. For the dinner, you may choose one of many restaurants in the city center area with different cuisines. The next day you will head to Tokmok city and visit the famous tower of Burana. Today Burana is the world UNESCO heritage site. After the excursion, the lunch will take place on a platform floating in the middle of the lake. After lunch you will go to Issyk-ata mountain gorge, where you will enjoy the nature, swim in Issyk-ata hot springs, and walk up to the waterfall (optional). Return to Bishkek, where you may have a rest or explore the nightlife in Bishkek in the lounge bars, pubs, nightclubs or restaurants.On a 3rd day, you set out for Supara Chunkurchak ethno-resort, where you will have an excursion and learn about Kyrgyz nomadic culture. You will have a chance to meet a real Manaschi, which tells of the “Epic of Manas” (Intangible heritage of UNESCO). Enjoy the traditional tasty food of nomads for lunch. You may also enjoy activities like: archery & horse riding. The next early morning, transfer to Airport for a local flight to Jalal-Abad city. After you will head to the scenic Sary-chelek Nature Reserve. Sary chelek is another tangible heritage of UNESCO and Kyrgyzstan. Pearl of Kyrgyzstan and Prey of Birds Festival in Issyk-Kul

You will be picked up from the “Manas” airport and have a ride  to Cholpon-Ata city. During the trip you will enjoy the fascinating scenery of the mountains of Kyrgyzstan.In Cholpon-Ata you will visit famous places like Ruh-ordo, a cultural center; and get to see and know the origins of petroglyphs, which represent a grandiose open-air temple where religious rituals related to the spiritual world and the life were performed. You'll also have an opportunity to see other traditional nomadic horse games like Tyiyin Enmei, Kyz-kuumai, and Kok Boru. And, like any good Kyrgyz festival there will be music, food and lots of yurts. Tour to the medieval Burana tower

At 10:00 am driver and guide will meet you at the hotel and you will go to the city of Tokmok, which is located in 75 km from Bishkek. The way to Tokmok usually takes an hour and a half. You will drive along the border with Kazakhstan and, if the weather is clear, you will see the beautiful scenery of the Tien Shan mountains. Tokmak was the second largest industrial city in Kyrgyzstan during the Soviet times, and you can see some of the Soviet monuments while driving through the city. Then you will pass through several small but picturesque villages, and you will be able to see the life of the locals outside the capital. When you reach the historic Burana complex, you can go on a walking tour. Before you enter the territory of Burana, the guide will tell you the introductory part of the tour. Then, you will see the foundations of two ancient mausoleums, where once the rich and famous residents of Balasagun were buried (Burana is located in it's Central part). Then you will come to the tower itself, you will be able to see its ornament and climb to the top, which offers a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley, as well as the hills, under which the ruins of the Central walls and the Palace were found. After visiting the tower, the guide will show you a small museum with various finds made on the territory of the settlement. At the end of the tour you will see stone sculptures, stones with petroglyphs and other ancient stone products collected in the historical complex from all Kyrgyzstan. After the tour you will go to Bishkek by the same road. In Bishkek, the guide and driver will take you to the hotel or any other place in the city - at your request.
