Housed in a converted 18th-century cihelna (brickworks), this long-established restaurant enjoys one of Prague’s hottest locations, with a riverside terrace offering sweeping views of Charles Bridge (great in warm weather). The menu is as sweeping as the view, ranging from fish and chips to Czech game dishes, spelt risotto and veal schnitzel. It also serves some better-than-most desserts.
