T-Shirt Deli

Wicker Park, Bucktown & Ukrainian Village

The ‘deli’ part is taken seriously here: after cooking (ie ironing a retro design on) your T-shirt, it's wrapped in butcher paper and served to you with potato chips. Choose from heaps of shirt styles and decals: Chairman Mao, Sean Connery, Patty Hearst and a red-white-and-blue bong are but the beginning. 'Mystery meat' packages ($5) let you try your luck.

There's another branch in Andersonville.
