Roti Cha Chak

Hua Hin

This small Thai Muslim joint serves halal food, including soups and rice dishes, but is best known for its roti pancakes made to order. Watching the dough being thrown around, then fried and flipped frenetically in the wok is just as joyful as devouring it. The classic filling is banana with egg.

The menu is only in Thai and staff don't speak much English; you'll have to point to what you want.
