Taco Chukis

Top choice in The CD, Madrona & Madison Park

At the moment in Seattle there are few bites of food better than the signature taco at Taco Chukis. It's a simple design (juicy pork, guacamole, melted cheese and brilliantly tangy grilled pineapple) that's executed so well you're likely to get into line immediately after finishing to order a couple more.

Taco Chukis is a small local chain that has gained a well-deserved reputation as one of Seattle's best places for Mexican street food. It was founded by a homesick Tijuana translplant and a former Mexico City taquero (taco artisan) in 2011 and now has four locations across the city. This one is the newest and largest.
