Abbott's Lobster in the Rough

Southeastern Connecticut

One word for the lobster roll they've been serving up here since 1947: yowza. A ¼lb of fresh lobster meat, drizzled with butter ('all the butter you need,' they say) and jammed into a sesame-seed bun, is a reason to live. And the chowdah and scallops ain't bad, either.
