Schiller's

Koblenz

At the Hotel Stein, 2km north of the city centre across the Moselle, Michelin-starred Schiller's utilises premium ingredients like white asparagus, scampi, foie gras, truffles and smoked sea urchin roe in its artistically presented menus (vegetarian menus are available). Wines are sourced exclusively from the Moselle and Rhine valleys.

It also runs four-hour cooking courses in English and German (€149) creating a four-course menu that you and a companion can enjoy afterwards, even if they're not cooking themselves.
