He's cooked with luminaries including Heston Blumenthal and is certainly Rotterdam's best-known chef, but we're not convinced that François Geurds' menus are impressive enough to justify their hefty prices. However, Michelin disagrees with us (the restaurant has two stars) and so do many of the gastronomes who make their way here. Vegetarian menus can be enjoyed on request.
