If you're as serious about your popsicles as some bogotanos, come to La Paletteria for the 45 flavors standing sentinel like a kaleidoscopic tutti-frutti army of sweets in a display case. They're divided by base: yogurt, water or cream. It's painstaking to choose, but guanabana (soursop) with arequipe (dulce de leche) won us over.
