Parador de La Gomera

San Sebastián de la Gomera

Amid wood-beamed ceilings, white-cloth tables and beautiful subtropical gardens, the Parador's elegant restaurant is San Sebastián's most refined dining spot, specialising in imaginative updates of Canarian favourites – from smoked goat's cheese to roast lamb to grouper with patatas arrugadas. Though perhaps not quite as wowing as prices suggest, it's still worth the diversion, and the terrace is perfect for drinks.
