Phantom Ranch Canteen

Grand Canyon National Park South Rim

Family-style set-price breakfasts and dinners fuel hungry hikers and mule-riders year-round. You must make meal reservations before your descent, ideally when you reserve your accommodations. Sack lunches ($20.85) are available. The canteen sells stamps and first-aid supplies, and is open to everyone for lemonade, snacks, beer and wine.

Though rare, sometimes day-before reservations become available. Check at the Bright Angel Transportation Desk.
