The Hong Kong–based chain's Sydney offering is a sizeable 565-room tower hotel on a pleasantly quiet Rocks street. There are seriously spectacular views that come in three grades: Darling Harbour side, Opera House or Bridge and Opera House. Service is efficient, but check-in can get overwhelmed by tour groups. There's an excellent restaurant and bar, both with great vistas.
