Top choice in Hua Hin

Once just a coffee shop, this 50-plus-year-old restaurant is one of Hua Hin's top culinary destinations. The late mother of the current owner invited her favourite cooks to come join her and it's now a gourmet food court of sorts, hence the stack of menus you get when you arrive.

It's all delicious, and there's possibly no better mixed seafood gŏoay đĕeo đôm yam in Thailand. Last order is 30 minutes before closing.
