This little seaside park is rimmed by seafood restaurants looking east across the water to the peaks of Culebra. It's the launching point for several organized boat and kayak tours. (There's not much of a beach here.) If you're not with a group, local fishermen often can be convinced to take people for a boat ride to nearby islands. Look for possible candidates at the fishermen’s co-op.
The park is on the eastern side of Fajardo's peninsula, where Hwy 987 meets the ocean.
