Located 2km north of the centre on the main highway between Poznań and Bydgoszcz, Hotel Martina would be a very classy act in its own right, even if it were not the only hotel in town. Rooms are contemporary, stylishly appointed in demure browns and fawn colours, staff are friendly and helpful, and it has the best restaurant in town.
Main courses in the restaurant cost 29żl to 52żl, but it also does a pay-by-weight buffet. Dropping by here for a glass of wine completes the triumvirate of stylish hotel, restaurant and bar in a town with few other options.
The bus to/from Bydgoszcz stops nearby, or you can walk along a rough track beside the lake to reach it.
