Not in the hippest neighbourhood, Ginbo nonetheless does the best G&T in Palma. Besides over 120 different kinds of gin, it mixes some superb cocktails, including the lip-smacking Tangerine (basically a gin sour made with rosemary syrup), which you can sip in the buzzy, stylishly urban, backlit bar or on the terrace.
