Ainsworth Custom Design

Vancouver

Ostensibly a design studio working to commission, its two-story front-of-shop area showcases a kaleidoscopic array of quirky arts and crafts by mostly local artists. It's an amazing selection, with bright-colored cartoon-monster paintings competing with Mexican wrestler-mask purses for your attention. You'll also find lots of ideas for furnishing rooms that belong to cool kids who love Roald Dahl.

Prices are good on many of the paintings. Save time to nip upstairs so you can check out even more.
