Kimchi

Bandar Seri Begawan

Korean restaurants are ubiquitous in BSB, and Kimchi is arguably the best in town. The titular kimchi (fermented cabbage) is one of a cluster of tiny dishes served with every main, the tteok (rice cakes) come drowned in a spicy, rich sauce, and the marinated assorted meats and sotong (squid) destined for the barbecue really make your palate sing.
