Town Hall Hotel & Apartments

East London

Set in a former Edwardian town hall (1910) updated with art-deco features in the 1930s, this 97-room hotel was the council’s headquarters until 1965. The design aesthetic of the hotel combines these eras beautifully, with the addition of cutting-edge contemporary art by London-based artists. Each room has quirks from the original structure, and the apartments are extremely well equipped.
