Hilo Brewing Company

Hilo

This microbrewery has a small tasting room where you can sample excellent craft beer. Most brews were originated by Mehana Brewing, Hilo's first microbrewer, which was taken over by Hawaiʻi Nui Brewing in 2009 and Hilo Brewing in 2018. Got that? Regardless, don't miss Mauna Kea Pale Ale, a best seller, and Southern Cross, a Belgian-style double-brewed red ale.
