Dejvická 34

Top choice in Prague

Dejvická 34 made a splash on opening in 2019. The brainchild of Michelin-trained chef Tomáš Černý, the restaurant brought fine dining to Dejvice by giving gourmet treatment to popular Czech dishes such as pork tenderloin or braised beef ribs. The ribs are marinated in aged rum; the pork served in cocoa crust. The interior is sleek but unfussy. Book in advance.
