The small but punchy drinks menu has classic tipples, martinis, negronis, whisky sours and highballs, plus signature creations served with serious style.
Depending on what you order, it may come with a dainty sprig of rosemary and citrus, in a teacup or perhaps with a pile of mascarpone on top. Every drink is an experience and taste sensation that should be savoured. Many of the signature cocktails are molecular style; the Crystal Ruby Punch, for example, with mezcal, Calvados, oolong tea, hibiscus and lime, is curdled with dairy to get rid of the acidic punch – the result is a clear and smooth sensation with aromatic layers.
