Our favourite new place to eat in Adana is this stylish bistro just north of Atatürk Parkı in the well-heeled Kurtuluș district. In addition to the enlightened Turkish favourites, it offers a surfeit of pasta dishes, Viyana (that's Wiener) schnitzel and fish and chips. Seating is in the uber-designed modern interior dining room or the lovely front terrace. Warm welcome and excellent service.
