Fama Deli

Johannesburg

Fama Deli, hidden in the suburb of Lorentzville, is impossible to miss with its sign proclaiming: 'Bienvenidos a la Jamonopolis de Johanesburgo'. This deli sells the most exquisite sausage and a variety of other types of pork, all cured in the traditional Spanish style. Owner Nuno Fernandes is happy to talk about about the process and the shop's interesting history.
