Vaduz
A breath of fresh Scandi air, Njord has a coolly modern bistro look, with greys, cream panelling, wood floors and cheek-by-jowl tables. The menu gives you the choice of vegan, vegetarian or fish, and dishes are bang on the money, with flavour awakeners like home-made herb gnocchi with pumpkin and smoked salmon tartar with dill, red onions and sour cream.
It's a 20-minute walk from central Vaduz.
