Birzeit Brewery

Top choice in Ramallah

Since it opened in 2015, Birzeit Brewery's Shepherds beer has taken the West Bank by storm, challenging years of domination of the Palestinian Territories' beer market by Taybeh. Visitors to its hub of operations in the Christian village of Birzeit are given a tour by one of the three brothers who run the brewery as well as a pint of beer to enjoy at their leisure. It also has an excellent gift shop.
