Jota

North Coast

Farm-to-table is the oft-repeated mantra at the newly rebranded restaurant of the Royal Isabela resort. Dishes at this exquisite dining destination atop a knoll overlooking the ocean are made, where possible, with produce from the resort's own private farm, including the gnocchi with homegrown-spinach pesto. It's pricey, but a treat if you've got cash to splash or for special occasions.

The restaurant's Sunday brunch has become legendary.
