London Plane

Top choice in Pioneer Square, International District & SoDo

Matt Dillon (the Seattle chef, not the Hollywood actor) moved less than a block from his now-closed Bar Sajor to open London Plane, a hybrid cafe, flower shop, deli and breakfast spot that maintains the French country kitchen feel that has become Dillon’s trademark.

Sustainability is the overriding theme here. The open prep area is piled high with fresh herbs and myriad foraged plants waiting to be scattered into soups, salads and sandwiches.
