Phatburgers

Brisbane & Around

Using local, grass-fed beef, chipper Phat plates up brilliant, juicy burgers like the Morning Glory, packed with 110g of succulent rump, bacon, egg, grilled tomato, caramelised onion, lettuce and BBQ sauce. Herbivores aren't overlooked, with a satisfying Grasseater burger jammed with a lentil patty, eggplant, minted rocket, feta, hummus and house-made chutney. Phat also peddles hot dogs, fish and chips and salt-and-pepper squid.

A short breakfast menu (dishes $8 to $20) includes maple-syrup drizzled pancakes and a bacon-and-egg roll.
