Kauai Island Brewery & Grill

Waimea Canyon & the Westside

This excellent brewpub stands just up from the jetty at Port Allen. Sample its hoppy, high-alcohol IPAs, the lauded Pakala Porter, light liliko‘i-infused ale, or its signature Wai‘ale‘ale Ale (for anyone from Kaua‘i that’s a really funny joke). Drinks and decent pub grub (mains $14 to $18) are discounted during happy hour (3:30pm to 5:30pm daily).
